Cucicuci Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to cucicuci. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and cucicuci ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cucicuci platform — whether through the website, Android or iOS mobile app, or any other digital interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the cucicuci platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the Terms will also be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To use the cucicuci service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each individual is only permitted to own and use one (1) account cucicuci only. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. The information provided must be consistent with your official identity documents, as it will be verified during the KYC process.

• Your account password must be set by you personally and kept secure at all times.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is MYR 20.

• Unauthorized deposits or deposits made using prohibited methods may be reversed without notice.

5. Withdrawal Policy
