Everything you need to know about opening and managing your cucicuci account

cucicuci account registration is free and straightforward. Click the "Register" button at the top of the page, fill in basic details such as your full name, active email address, Malaysia phone number, and password. After submitting your information, check your email inbox for a verification link. Click the link and your account will be activated in under 3 minutes. No registration fee is charged.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the cucicuci platform. This is a legal requirement that we enforce strictly. During the identity verification (KYC) process, your age will be confirmed using official identification documents. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be terminated immediately.

No, each individual is only permitted to hold one cucicuci account. Owning multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, please contact cucicuci support for account recovery assistance.

Log in to your cucicuci account and go to the Profile Settings page. There, you can update your phone number, email address, and other details. Changes to sensitive information such as your full name and date of birth may require additional document verification. Contact live chat support for further assistance if needed.

Yes. If you wish to permanently close your cucicuci account, contact our support team via live chat. Make sure you have withdrawn all available balances before requesting account closure. The account closure process takes 3–5 business days. Alternatively, you may also choose the temporary self-exclusion option from the Settings page if you simply need a break.

Deposit

Deposit methods, minimum limits and processing times

cucicuci accepts deposits via a range of popular methods in Malaysia: DuitNow (instant bank transfer), FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposit methods are processed instantly and funds will appear in your account within minutes. No additional fees are charged for any deposit.

The minimum deposit at cucicuci is RM 30 per transaction. There is no general maximum deposit limit set, but you can set your own personal deposit limit from the Account Settings page as part of our responsible gaming tools. Your first deposit is eligible for an exclusive welcome bonus.

In most cases, deposits are processed instantly. However, banking system disruptions, internet connectivity issues during a transaction, or bank maintenance windows may cause delays. Withdrawal

Withdrawal process, processing times, and KYC requirements

KYC-verified withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals via DuitNow are the fastest – usually completed within an hour. Withdrawals made on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.

For your first withdrawal, you will need to submit: (1) A copy of your MyKad – front and back, (2) Proof of current address such as a bank statement or utility bill not more than 3 months old, and (3) Proof of ownership of the payment method used for your deposit. All documents can be uploaded directly from the app or website. The KYC review process is completed within 24 hours on business days.

How to claim bonuses, wagering requirements and promotion types

New cucicuci members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus is automatically credited to your account once the first deposit is successfully processed. This bonus is subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) stated in the relevant promotion terms.

The wagering requirement or rollover is the number of times you need to play through the bonus value before it can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM50 bonus with a 20x rollover, you need to place total wagers of RM1,000 (RM50 × 20) before that bonus can be withdrawn. The weekly cashback is calculated based on your total net losses over the previous week. It is automatically credited to your account at the start of each week with no manual claim required. The cashback percentage depends on your membership tier in the cucicuci loyalty programme — the more actively you play, the higher the cashback percentage you are entitled to.

Yes, most cucicuci bonuses have a validity period that must be observed. Welcome bonuses typically need to be used within 7–14 days from the date they are credited. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be automatically forfeited.
